Not that anyone's going to read this anyways, but I'd thought I'd do an update. I like talking to myself.

C&C@H was a grand success, and even though I feel like I've quick-ended the job, I still got three times the amount I was expecting. This made me happy.
Half of this already has disappeared into martial-arts supplies and material for learning to read the Japanese language, but I could say it is money well spent, since the remaining half is sitting in my savings account collecting sweet interest like a good boy.

Oh, hey, neat, my whistle is no longer Garbage... It's been into and out of garbage status, what, twice now?

The series of books by Robert Jordan called "The Wheel of Time" I recommend to anyone who likes anything even vaguely fantasy-ish, and even those who simply enjoy a thrilling and reasonably intelligent read.
Still doesn't beat Terry Pratchett though.

I thought I'd have more to say, but meh.

Oh yes! School's being a biatch, so any more animations will take a very long while without strong motivation.
Also the new avatar I thought I'd have finished by now is indeed not finished for this very reason.

If anyone would like to help me launch the more professional business by, say, getting me a job, or even spreading the word around, that'd be mighty friendly, thanks.
Yeah, I know, a bit of a bastard move.
By this I mean the animation jobs business, by the way. Thanks, Falarinx!

So at what point does one get the ability to front-page post?

First, to answer your question.

The boards really are a good source of information when one knows what one is looking for. Second(ly) I would help find you a job if I had any kind of networking skills while being someone with, at the very least, some sort of worth to the people in the network. However

a) I do not know your current location (No I am NOT trying to stalk you)
b) The only job I could probably help you get is my old one at a fast food restaurant
c) That would only work if you lived around my previous residence

What all of this means is, unfortunately, I would not be able to find you a worthwhile job that you couldn't find on your own. I wish you the best of luck in finding one though. For reasons unknown to me employers obviously don't see any potential in me as I have only had one job for nearly two years before "resigning."

Please enjoy the remainder of your twenty-four hour span of time.

Heheheh wow, a comment. That was quick.
Thanks for the link. Yes, I was expecting it to be something like that.

I think you misunderstood me about what I meant with 'job', although I suspect this may be because I wasn't clear enough. I'll explain right here, then: An animation job! A commission! The internet is a valid means of communication, so where I live (europe, by the way) is not really of essence.
Thanks for your support, though! I am indeed also looking for a more mundane job on the side, but that's entirely beside the point.

I thank you for your comment, and I do hope you enjoy the remainder of your life.
No, I'm not suggesting it'll be short, or anything. Just hoping it'll be happy.
I like people being happy.

...stop staring at me

HEY!!! So I've been pretty busy with college and all, just logged into NG for the first time in a while and saw your comments! I think I owe you a thanks and an apology! I'm opening flash right now, just for you.

I feel warmed<3
